Institutions and their stakeholders, including the leadership, faculty, students, staff and the local community, are much better served in a diverse and inclusive environment which leads to more creative and innovative solutions because of the varied perspectives that comes from individuals with different backgrounds, cultures, knowledge base, etc. In other words, diversity and excellence go hand in hand and thus a synergistic diverse environment and inclusive culture are advantageous for the success of the institution.
